This communal garage situated on the ground floor provides parking space for 85 passenger cars, small delivery vans and motorcycles. The space is accessible via an automatic garage door which is opened with a remote control unit. You can rent a permanent parking space in this garage for a minimum period of 3 months. After this period, your contract is extended indefinitely, and you can terminate your contract subject to a one month period of notice. The rental price is €83,00/month incl. VAT. For the remote control door opener we require a security deposit of € 75,00 payable by the effective date of contract. You will receive a detailed invoice from us each quarter.
